Refund Policy

Please first contact us at support@familyjunkie.com and read the policy before returning a product.

Do NOT return any item without a Return Authorization Number. All products returned without a precise return authorization number written on the package will be refused.

DO NOT return your item to the address stated on the package. It will not end up in the right place, and we cannot refund your money. Please contact us first!

Note:  Free Offers/Giveaways - Any "Free + Just Pay Shipping" offers are non-refundable.

Used Items and Term Limits

Once 30 days have elapsed from the delivery of goods, refunds and exchanges will no longer be accepted.

•    Item must be in the same and unused condition and original package.
•    Some goods are exempt from being returned, such as gift cards, health items, personal care items, and personalized products.
•    To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation)
•    Do not send your package back to the manufacturer.
•    There are certain situations where we will grant only partial refunds (e.g., shipping & handling are not refundable, and restocking fees might apply).

No Refund if:

•   An item not in its original condition.
•   You return a used product.
•   You purchased a personalized product.
•   You opened the product that shouldn't.
•   You have damaged the product, or there are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
•   You ask for a refund more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment, within a couple of days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Banks transactions general take 3-5 business days to show up on your statements.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@familyjunkie.com, and we will trace it down.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please email us immediately, within 1-2 days. After three days we cannot refund the money as we cannot prove it was shipping or warehouse damage. Provide a picture of the product so we can see the scope of the damage.

Missing Items:

If you receive an incomplete order, please email us immediately, within 1-2 days.
Note that sometimes we ship different products from different warehouses to speed up shipping times. So different product may arrive separately. However similar products mostly ship at the same time, so if you ordered 4 of the same products and you got three lets us know asap, and we will ship the missing product asap. After three days we cannot send or refund the money as we cannot prove it was shipping or a warehouse mistake.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange a product for a similar item, first send an email to support@familyjunkie.com and get a Return Authorization Number and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.

You must write the Return Authorization Number on the package to receive an exchange. Restocking fees may apply. Check with us first.

Do not ship your item to this address without an RA number. Shipping cost cannot be refunded.

When you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of shipping (even when it was marked as free shipping) from your refund (roughly $2.99-$11.99 depending on the product and destination).

Gifts:

If you marked the item as a gift when purchased and it was shipped directly to you, you'd receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail a gift certificate to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

Personalized products:

Personalized and custom items are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange for a refund since we made the item especially for you. So please make sure your size and shipping are correct.  If the shipping address is incorrect, the customer is responsible for the additional reshipping charges. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. As these are personalized items - specially made for you-you cannot return items due to ordering the wrong size.

If you received a bad print or defective product, please contact us right away, email a picture of the product with your order number to support@familyjunkie.com. Once we receive this, we will print a replacement product and send it out asap.

If you need to cancel or change a personalized item, please do so within 12 hours after placing the order. After this period, your product is in production, and we cannot change or cancel it.

Return a Product - Shipping / Restocking:

If you want to return your product because you don't want it anymore, or picked the wrong size/style, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your product, and there will be a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

If you request an exchange the time for your exchanged product to arrive depends on your location.

If you are shipping an item over $35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Packages due to not picking up or providing a wrong address:

If we received your order with an incorrect address or the package cannot be delivered to the address given due to any reason, and the package is going back to the warehouse we will refund when the package is back at the original warehouse. Refund will be given minus shipping cost both ways (also with free shipping) and a 20% restocking fee

Cancel order:

We cannot cancel the order if the item has already shipped. You are responsible for sending it back with RA-number (Return Authorization), and shipping cost cannot be refunded. Please contact us by email for any cancellations: support@familyjunkie.com.

We make shoes, bags, apparel, mugs, and some towels by order, that's why we can accept cancellations only within 12 hours from placing the order. After that time, we cannot accept cancellations because the product is in production.

We are not responsible for lost package left on doorsteps/in mailboxes/porches.

Almost all of our packages ship with tracking numbers, so you see when they arrive, and in these cases, you can signup for email/SMS notifications of delivery.
